The number 50 was given to a school closure line to Jabloňová Primary School, supplementing school line 51 during the repair of the bridge in Pavlovice in 2008 and 2009. The nearest ordinary transport across the bridge went via the city centre, so the line was introduced to ease the transport of schoolchildren who would otherwise use line 12. This also explains why the regular school line 51 to Jabloňová Primary School remained unchanged during this time. Interestingly, it also ran on weekdays outside school lessons. On those days it terminated at the Růžodol mlýn stop.
