School line 51 provides the morning transport of pupils to Jabloňová Primary School. However, the standard fare applies, so other passengers can use it too. The line 51 vehicle arrives as line 24 from Doubí sídliště with no need to transfer; in effect it is therefore a line 24 service that, before the Pavlovice křižovatka terminus, turns off to Jabloňová Primary School.

Line 51 is one of the oldest school lines. It was introduced with the 2002/2003 school year in response to a request from Jabloňová Primary School for safer transport of schoolchildren. The extent of operation has remained at one morning service throughout. Since 2018 the line 51 service has been a continuation of line 24 from Doubí sídliště.

30 September 2024: after the reconstruction of Sokolská street, the Sokolská most stop was abolished and a Sokolská stop was introduced at the site of the original suburban-transport stop.
